Admission
As soon as the student receives confirmation of admission, the International Relations Department assists with all administrative formalities. The student creates an account on an application enabling him/her to finalize registration step by step.
The International Relations Office helps you feel comfortable at ENSEA and in Cergy. You can use these services as soon as you arrive and throughout your stay. IRO staff is exclusively focused on the needs of international students.
The Campus
The Campus of Cergy offers a lot of services for the students, within walking distance. For groceries, clothing, leisure activities and everyday needs, the “Trois Fontaines” mall, located above the station, offers all the main services a student may need.

To reach Cergy’s campus:
Trains to/from Paris
The RER A goes to Paris city center in around 40 minutes (Arc de Triomphe, Châtelet), the single ticket costs 5€.
When going to Cergy, make sure to take the West direction, direction Cergy le haut, and stop at Cergy Préfecture.
The Transilien L goes to the north of Paris (Gare Saint Lazare) and can be taken with the same kind of ticket.
The last trains leave at 11:30PM
Transfers from stations and airports:
From Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport: Bus 9518 from Roissypôle, Terminal 3, 45 minutes, 2€, the terminus « Cergy Prefecture » is right in front of the train station of the campus.
From Paris Orly Airport: Take the Orlyval tramway, then RER B to Châtelet, and RER A to Cergy Préfecture
From Montparnasse Train station: Metro 4 to Châtelet + RER A to Cergy Préfecture OR Metro 6 to Metro to Charles de Gaulle – Etoile + RER A to Cergy Préfecture OR Metro 14 to Saint-Lazare + Transilien L to Cergy Préfecture
From Gare de Lyon Train Station: RER A to Cergy Préfecture
From Gare de l’Est Train Station: Metro 4 to Châtelet + RER A to Cergy Préfecture

Tickets are available at the train station for any train, bus and subway in Île-de-France region. A direct bus line goes from “Prefecture” train station to Charles-De-Gaulle, international airport. For more information: www.ratp.fr
From the station, you can easily walk to the school. As you leave the station, on the right hand, escalators lead to the “Parvis de la Préfecture”, an elevated esplanade. Walk between the buildings to the “Place des Trois Fontaines” (sculpture of colourful taps) and continue straight on in the same direction to a car park.
Opposite to the cark park, on the other side of the street, the large white buildings are the University. Go to the esplanade in the middle of these white buildings, by going around the back of the building furthest to the left you will see ENSEA. You can reach the entrance by walking around building A, with its metal shutters.
Housing
The IRO office can help the incoming students to find a room in the nearest student resident after the acceptance of their application. If the incoming student wants a room booked before her/his arrival, he/she can directly inform the IRO through the mobility application form downloadable on our website.
Several options are available: a room in a public residence (CROUS), or a single or shared room in a private residence. We also provide contacts for private housing.
